Rabbi James will be speaking about the process of “teshuvah” (returning from a mistake) as we prepare to enter the month of Elul and approach the High Holy Days. We will look at texts from across Jewish history that speak about reflection, repentance and return. Everyone will leave with some homework to help get ready for the holidays, as well as some strategies to help them let go of the year that is soon coming to an end.
