The recently-formed Washington Council of Congregations, which includes the Coalition and six other religious congregations in the Town of Washington, will be collecting donations of fresh produce, other food products, and cash or checks to be donated to the “Community Culinary School” located in New Milford (Kindly make your checks out to the Community Culinary School of NW Ct.). The school’s chefs will use these donations to continue to prepare and provide meals for those in need, a group whose numbers have increased greatly during the pandemic.
